Description
Join María Gonzalez, an ANFT certified forest bathing guide, for a gentle, guided walk celebrating this season of “great greening.”
Forest Bathing is a therapeutic practice rooted in the restorative healing power of nature. The essence of Forest Bathing lies in its simplicity – it is an invitation to be fully present, deeply engage all the senses, and soak up the wonder and awe that nature bestows.
As spring softens into the vibrant energy of early summer, the forest reaches a beautiful threshold. It’s lush, green, and full of life. The canopy is full, the air is rich with the scent of growth, and the woods invite us to slow down.
This is not a strenuous hike. It’s an invitation to pause. Through the practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), María will guide us in engaging all five senses, helping us step away from the rush of daily life and reconnect with the vitality of the natural world. A tea ceremony will follow the walk.
No hiking experience required, just a willingness to slow down and be present.
Come breathe the forest and reconnect with yourself and the land.
