Description
Forest Bathing, also known as Forest Therapy, is a therapeutic practice rooted in the restorative healing power of nature. The essence of Forest Bathing lies in its simplicity – it is an invitation to be fully present, deeply engage all the senses, and soak up the wonder and awe that nature bestows. Led by a trained guide, this immersive experience will be a slow, gentle, meander on the land of Rising Fawn Gardens followed by a tea ceremony.
