Enjoy a day devoted to all things REST and restore for your nervous system. You’ll move and relax in so many wonderful ways. Unwind stress and tension with Slow Flow Yoga + Chi Gong,  Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, and Somatic Practices to feel more grounded and connected within yourself.

Your day retreat will be supported and guided by three teachers: Mary Dalton, Anthony Crutcher, Jona Ellis. We expect this event to sell out so make sure you book your spot as soon as you can!

Event Leaders

Anthony Crutcher:
I became a yoga teacher in 2000.  To deepen my understanding of yoga I have continued to study and practice it for more than 25 years.  My approach to teaching is influenced by my exposure to various instructors, including Tias and Surya Little, Doug Keller, and Dr. Roger Cole as well as my personal practice.  I received my 500-hour yoga teacher certification and certification in Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement (SATYA) studying with Tias and Surya Little in their Prajna Teacher Training Program.

Mary Dalton:
My roots are in vinyasa flow and restorative yoga from training at Laughing Lotus College of Yoga in San Francisco with Cheri Clampett.  My teaching is also enriched by learning from Judith Lasater

Jona Ellis
From A Deep Understanding Of Anatomy, Grounded By 1k Hours Of Yoga Teacher Training And 10k Hours Of Teaching Experience, I Help Individuals Connect To Their Body With Purpose, Clarity, and Joy. I Work Privately With Cancer Care Individuals, Active Older Adults, And Directly With Enterprises To Virtually Address Employee Pain And Injury.
