Lemongrass is grown as an annual in our climate. Its tall and fragrant grass is harvested for dehydration during the heat of summer.and is an ingredient in our Enlighten Tisane Blend. Lemongrass is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to boost immunity and ward off common cold and flu. It aids digestion, lessening symptoms of nausea and stomach pain, and is also a natural diuretic to help expel excess water from the body. Use alone or in an herbal tea blend.
