Movement + Christian Meditation Yoga Retreat
Grab a friend and enjoy a day of two movement practices. The morning will focus on strength and balance. The afternoon practice will focus on deep tissue release and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome.
You will also have an opportunity to enjoy the company of a Rising Fawn Gardens trail guide as we explore the beautiful surroundings and learn about native plant life.
And finally, we will enjoy a short period of guided silent meditation, as we meditate on Scripture, journal, and sit alone with the Lord.
No experience necessary. All props provided.
Snacks, drinks, and lunch provided. (Lunch will accommodate GF, dairy-free, and vegetarian diets.)
