I began practicing yoga after a back injury in 2010. In 2015 I began my journey towards certification as a yoga instructor in San Antonio, TX. My certifications include: -225 hour Holy Yoga instructor certification -200 hour Yoga Alliance certification -15 hr. Holy Yoga Touch training -60 hr. Kids Holy Yoga training -13 hr. Assist training at Southern Soul Yoga in Chattanooga -25 hr. Hot 26 & 2 training (Bikram Method of Yoga) My teaching experience includes instruction at studios in both Texas and Tennessee from 2015-present. I lead a yoga practice that offers students an opportunity not only to connect their mind, body, and breath, but also to connect to our Creator. As we focus on bodily alignment, mindful breathing, and postures that promote muscle strength and flexibility, we do so with purposeful reliance on God. You will hopefully experience the freedom to take risks, the freedom to struggle, the freedom to explore how God has uniquely made you, and the freedom to have FUN!
