Abundant Well-Being ~ A Yoga and Meditation Spring Retreat led by Lynne Jacobs
Lynne’s spring retreat provides a healing space that integrates mind, body, and spirit to relieve tension and stress and reconnect to your source of well-being.
Our day together will include active and gentle yoga, therapeutic somatic stress releases, breath work, meditation, and inspirational discussions.
Surrounded by the natural beauty and peace of Rising Fawn Gardens, students will also have free time during our extended lunch break to walk the gardens, roam the hiking trails, sit by the creek, chat with friends, or simply relax and enjoy some alone time with a good book!
This self-care Saturday is for all students, no prior experience in yoga or meditation is needed.
Please bring your lunch. Hot tea and fruit-infused water will be provided.
All students are welcome. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and layers in case you are cold-natured. If you have any special needs, please be in touch with Lynne before the retreat.
