
Women’s Well-Being Retreat: Welcome to Autumn with Yoga & Meditation CLE
We welcome the teachings of the Autumn season – releasing what no longer serves us to make space to turn inward and prepare for transitions in our lives. On this yoga and meditation retreat for women, we practice evidence-based techniques for stress-reduction with research and concepts from neuroscience, psychology, medicine, and ancient yogic literature. We will enjoy a strengthening morning yoga movement practice with breath work, meditation and healing sound. The afternoon includes a nourishing lunch, forest bathing, Circle Process for community building and journal time for reflection and sustaining the nature-based learning experience. Open to all women, and 6 hours dual credit CLE for TN lawyers.
